The central location made it perfect for accessing local attractions, and the room offered great comfort. However, the service at the restaurant fell short. we faced delays in receiving our meals, despite a sparse crowd. Additionally, cleanliness issues in the room—cobwebs and mold—detracted from the experience.

Consider asking for a room away from the noisy plant room for a more peaceful night’s sleep.

The hotel definitely has potential with its beautiful architecture and fantastic dining experience. however, there were issues with cleanliness and room maintenance that detracted from the overall enjoyment. Late-night fire alarms and poor communication from staff were also frustrating during the stay.

The king guest room was spacious with a comfy bed and shower. There were lovely amenities like a flat-screen TV and tea/coffee maker. The spa had great features including an indoor swimming pool and sauna. The dining area was nice, and the meal we had was tasty.

We stayed in a beautiful King Guest Room. The kids enjoyed the spacious areas, and we loved the spa experience and the elegance of the dining areas, which were bright with natural light. Dinner was fantastic, especially the live piano music that added a lovely ambiance.

In my wife’s opinion, more activities for kids would enhance the family experience.

Great stay with a fab spa!

We stayed for 2 nights and the room was super spacious. Loved the comfy king bed and those soft towels were a nice touch! The location was perfect, just a short walk to the town. The only thing that bugged me was the parking fee at £12/night. The spa was amazing, though—definitely the highlight!

Had an amazing time with friends! We enjoyed the live piano music during lunch and the relaxed vibe at the pool. Overall, the staff was really friendly, and the breakfast buffet had plenty of tasty options. Just a heads up, there's some renovation happening, so expect a bit of noise.

Lovely ambiance with beautiful rooms. The swimming pool is spacious and the jacuzzi is very relaxing. Staff were friendly and attentive. Breakfast had a good variety of options. Overall a very pleasant experience. 😊
